Returns and Refund Policy:
We use automated system to process orders and ship products as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery of your order. If you have placed an order and wish to have it canceled, we will do our best to process your cancellation but without any guarantees due to fast payment processing. If your payment has already been processed or order has already shipped, please accept the package and follow the steps below stated in our return policy.
Standard Return Policy:
You may return your purchase within 15 days of receipt. Your received items are eligible for refund, exchange or return only if items are defective, damaged, lost during shipping or do not match items in the invoice. If item is damaged, please make sure to take photos of the damaged product and submit them with your return request. If the product seal has been visibly damaged make sure you take the photo of it and do not remove it. The refund will not be authorized for faulty seal claims if the product’s seal is removed. This is necessary in order for us to successfully file a claim with our manufacturer. After 15 days upon receipt of your order we have the right to refuse your return request. If you simply change your mind about your purchase and want to return it, you may do so only if the items are unopened and in same original condition as when received. Such returns will generate a refund minus an outgoing shipping cost for our free shipping service and a return shipping fee if we provide the return label.
How to Return a Product:
You may return your purchase within 15 days of receipt. To return an item: All return requests must be pre-authorized by us. Please email us at info@PureChargeNutrition.com and include your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, your name, and your telephone number. We will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and a return address.
Delivery and Damaged Shipments:
- Fully inspect all deliveries upon receipt
- Write down and take photos of all visible damages, the shipping box and items inside it
